Before activating a Homed-IQ test, you need to create an account. Once your account is created, you can activate your test here. Please note that tests containing two collection tubes will have two activation codes; both with the same first 11 digits, ending either in 1 or 2. You only need to activate the code ending in 1 to receive the results for both collection tubes. After you activate your test, your test will be visible in your account and you will receive email updates regarding your test's status.
