You can track your order using the tracking number that was included in your order confirmation email. If you placed an order from Germany, you can check your order status via the Hermes website by entering the foreign tracking number that PostNL provides on the tracking page.
If your order's tracking information indicates that your parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbours. If you cannot find your parcel, please contact our customer support team at support@homediq.com.
