To return your order, please email support@homediq.com or use our contact form. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for returning. This will make the processing of your return faster.

For any reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any justification. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the shipping costs of returning the test must be covered by the customer. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all parts included and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund your order within 14 days of registration of your return, provided the product has been received in our warehouse in good order. The products must be unopened to return them. Please note that for health and safety reasons opened kits cannot be reused. If we receive a returned Test Kit that has been opened, we will deduct €15.00 from your refund to cover the costs of the physical kit.
