For any reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any justification. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the shipping costs of returning the test must be covered by the customer. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all parts included and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To return your order, please contact support@homediq.com or use our contact form. We will refund your order within 14 days of registration of your return, provided the product has been received in our warehouse in good order. The products must be unopened to return them. Otherwise the products are unusable. Therefore, please handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
