How to return your sample

Our test kits include a prepaid return shipping label either on the return envelope or on the test box itself. You should return the test kit by dropping it in a post box. We don't recommend bringing it to the post office. A tracking number shouldn't be added as it will delay the delivery.

Make sure to activate the test before returning it.
