How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by PostNL. We always pack your order carefully. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an email at the email address you provided with a track & trace code. We strive to deliver your order within 1-5 working days.
If you order to Germany, PostNL will hand your order to Hermes, Eurodis or DHL once it reaches Germany.
If you order to Austria, PostNL will hand your order to Eurodis once it reaches Austria.
