My blood sample did not mix well with the anticoagulant liquid in the collection tube
Sometimes you will not be able to tell if your blood has mixed with the anticoagulant liquid. However, if you have gently inverted the tube around 10 times after blood collection, the sample should have mixed properly. After this, feel free to return the sample as instructed in the test manual.

Can I return my sample during extreme temperatures?
Yes, our tests are highly stable and the sample will not be affected by very high or low temperatures. If you prefer, you can choose to drop off your sample at a post office during temperatures below -3 and above 25 degrees.
