What happens if I don't activate my test?

Activating your test is crucial to ensure that the laboratory can process your test results correctly. As Homed-IQ tests do not have customer names on them for privacy reasons, activating your test connects the test's barcode to your account. If you fail to activate your test, the laboratory is unable to know which test is yours and cannot communicate your test results. Homed-IQ is not liable for reimbursing unactivated tests.
