When will I receive my results?
Most test results will be ready in 2-3 business days. However, some tests can take up to 5 business days to reach the laboratory. Once your test arrives at our laboratory it will be analysed within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your test arrives and when the results are uploaded to your account. Please contact our customer support team if your test has not arrived in the laboratory within 5 business days of returning it.
