Where can I find my test code?
Our test kits include a personal test code card with a unique 12-digit code. Alternatively, you can find your test code on the barcode sticker on the test tube. Please note that tests containing two collection tubes will have barcode stickers that have the same first 11 digits, ending either in a 1 or 2. You only need to activate the test code ending in 1.

How long is my test valid for?
Our tests have a long shelf life and do not need to be used immediately. You can check the expiry date of your test on the sticker on the outside of the test box.
Is a laboratory-certified self test more reliable than a rapid test?
