Why do I need to activate my test?

Homed-IQ tests do not have any customer details on them for privacy reasons. Activating your test links the test's barcode to your account. If your test is not activated, it is not possible to know what test is yours and communicate the results to you. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their test is properly activated to avoid any issues with sample processing.
